ACTivate Your Life
Release the endorphins at an Activate your Life class. The premise of the class is to help you to lead a better life. To help you to do what you want through acceptance and commitment therapy.
This will be the second session of four in total and the remaining session dates are listed below; Session 3: Thursday 29 October, 9-11am; Session 4: Thursday 5 November, 9-11am.
