Coffee Morning

Give yourself a caffeine kick this Friday at Taibach Library or Cwmavon Library. Proceeds of the Cwmavon event will go to MacMillan Cancer support.

The Osmonds

The band that caused a frenzy among fans in their heyday will be coming to Port Talbot’s Princess Royal Theatre on Friday.  If you need a reason to love them, Donny and the boys will have plenty in the form of hits such as Puppy Love and Crazy Horses. They have sold out venues ten times over and picked up too many awards to fit into a paragraph. It doesn’t stop there though as the crooners also have a star to their name on the Hollywood walk of fame. Immerse yourself in your childhood (or youth) from 8 pm on Friday.

 Memory Walk 2015

Aberavon beach will be the scene of hordes of walkers on Sunday and we would like you to join them for a worthwhile cause. The Alzheimers Society are holding the event in aid of the debilitating condition by having a brass band play, a raffle and refreshments. The walk will be fun and inspire camaraderie as we come together.

Monies raised will go towards research for dementia.
