The Costain team behind the £107m project took bronze at a ceremony in London.
Project manager John Skentelbery said: “We pride ourselves on the work we do to try to help improve the image of construction by being respectful, responsible and a good neighbour.
“Our Harbour Way site is subject to regular monitoring and we always aim to improve.”
The 2013 Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards were presented to construction sites throughout the UK.
